We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. Window Cleaner – Part-Time Role (1 week Paid training )
- 48 window cleans per month
- 12 houses per shift
- 4 working days per month
- 8.5-hour shift (includes a 30-minute unpaid break)
- Working hours: 8 hours per shift
- Work schedule:
- 2 shifts in the 2nd week of the month
- 2 shifts in the 4th week of the month
- Days: Saturday or Sunday (fixed days agreed with the employer and remain the same each month)
- Pay: £6.25 per house cleaned
- Monthly earnings: £300 (48 houses × £6.25)
- Total working time: 32 hours per month
- Approx 30 Min per clean
- All equipment will be supplied
- Fully insured
Responsibilities
- Clean windows on both residential and commercial premises, including high-rise buildings using appropriate safety equipment.
- Use specialised cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free, spotless results.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed when working at heights or on scaffolding.
- Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled jobs within designated timeframes.
- Keep work areas tidy and ensure all waste is disposed of responsibly after each job.
Skills
- Valid driving licence preferred, with the ability to travel between sites efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols.
- Organised approach to scheduling and time management for multiple appointments throughout the day.
Pay: £12.75 per hour
