This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with previous care experience looking to progress within complex care, with full training and ongoing support provided.

The Role:
You will be supporting individuals within their own homes, providing person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
Duties may include:
- Personal care
- Medication administration
- Mobility support
- Supporting with daily living tasks
- Building positive relationships with service users and families
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous care or healthcare experience essential
- Complex care experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and reliable nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
