Summary
As a Reception Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and guest services. Your core skills in hotel experience will enable you to manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors. With premium skills in communication and phone etiquette, you will effectively address guest inquiries and enhance their stay. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and your dedication will contribute significantly to our organization's reputation for outstanding service. Qualifications
- Proven hotel experience in a guest-facing role
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Background in hospitality, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with guests
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
