Deep Nest is a bathroom renovation company serving Surrey and South West London.
We are looking for a freelance business development consultant to generate qualified enquiries and build new referral relationships with interior designers, architects, bathroom suppliers, property professionals and other suitable local businesses.
Main tasks
- Research and contact potential referral partners.
- Introduce Deep Nest and our full bathroom renovation service.
- Follow up new contacts and enquiries.
- Qualify potential customers.
- Book suitable home survey appointments.
- Keep a clear record of contacts, follow-ups and results.
This role does not involve contacting previous customers, preparing quotations or giving technical construction advice.
You should be confident speaking to new people by phone and email, organised with follow-ups, and able to work independently. Experience in sales, property, interiors, construction or home improvements.
This is a self-employed freelance engagement. You will manage your own schedule, use your own equipment and invoice Deep Nest weekly.
Fees will include an agreed contractor rate plus performance bonuses for projects that proceed.
