Job Purpose
To maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment across office spaces, staff rooms, toilets, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise office areas, desks, floors, and communal spaces
- Clean internal windows, windowsills, doors, skirting boards, handrails, and other touchpoints
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop, floors as required
- Clean toilets, washrooms, and replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
- Clean kitchen and staff break areas, including sinks, worktops, appliances, and tables
- Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure cleaning materials are stored safely
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or shortages of cleaning supplies
- Follow health and safety procedures, including safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the required standard within agreed timescales
Skills and Experience
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
Working Conditions
- Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement

Days / Hours: 9:30-2:30 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
