Salary: £13.47 to £14.13 per hour, plus £30 for each weekend shift worked and £44 for each night shift worked

We are recruiting part time Care and Support Workers to join our dedicated teams at Jubilee Lodge Short Breaks Service. You will help run our 24/7 service, 3 shifts each week, this will include some weekend shifts. Our shifts pattern runs 7.30am - 3.00pm, 2.30pm - 10.00pm, sleep shifts are 10.00pm - 7.30am.

About the Role:
You will be supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and Autism in a person-centred way. Whether it’s helping someone access community activities, supporting their independence, along with their personal care needs or simply being a friendly face. Having a full driving licence would be an advantage but not essential. We are an active community, so try to get out and about as much as possible. no two days are the same!
You don’t need to have previous experience of working in care, nor do you need qualifications, we will support you with specific training and qualifications required for the role. We are keen to recruit someone who is passionate about working with the people we support and who can help us ensure our workplace values are at the heart of everything we do.
