We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidates could be an A-level student (Year 12 or 13) and preferably studying STEM subjects. They will possess a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively. We will cover 50% of the enhanced DBS check while the repayment of the remaining 50% could be spread out over 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner, ensuring all students understand the material.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages each student to complete their class work without much difficulty.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional strategies and share best practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in teaching or instructional roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues alike.
- A good GCSE grade in Mathematics and Sciences (not less than a Grade 6).
