About the Role
PROMIS Clinics is recruiting an enthusiastic individual for a hybrid Trainee Therapist / Healthcare Support Worker role at our private clinic in Deal, Kent. This is a broad, varied position suited to someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in rehabilitation services, therapy and healthcare.
The role combines two strands. The first is a trainee therapist pathway, ideal for someone currently enrolling on or completing a Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Counselling. A therapy placement may be possible, though this is dependent on the requirements of your specific trainee therapy course provider. The second strand is a healthcare support function, working alongside our nursing team to deliver clinical observations and day to day client support.
Full training will be provided in all aspects of the role, so you do not need prior clinical experience to apply. You will gain hands on experience within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, supporting clients through early recovery and beyond.
