Gloworm Events Ltd – Gloworm Festival & Light Post Farm
Gloworm Events Ltd is looking for an organised, creative and proactive Marketing & Administration Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day marketing and administration of Gloworm Festival and Light Post Farm, as well as helping with the planning and delivery of our events and activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content.
- Respond to customer enquiries via social media and email.
- Update and maintain website content and external web listings.
- Support the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns.
- Build relationships with partners, stakeholders, content creators and influencers.
- Coordinate content, images and information from external partners.
- Support the development and administration of event programmes, including liaising with performers, attractions and contributors.
- Assist with competitions, promotions and partnership activity.
- Maintain databases, mailing lists, files and other business records.
- Process career, work experience and other general enquiries.
- Monitor marketing activity and help identify new content and promotional opportunities.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Support the team with the on-site delivery of Gloworm Festival and other events.
About You

- Creative and comfortable using social media.
- Able to write clear and engaging content.
- Confident using digital platforms and willing to learn new systems.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
- Friendly and professional when dealing with customers and external partners.
Experience with social media, content creation, Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, website management, email marketing or events would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
As an events business, some weekend and out-of-hours working will be required around Gloworm Festival and other key events.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 per week
