This position would be lone working after nursery is closed 2 hours every weeknight (6-8pm Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in various commercial areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly to keep the environment tidy
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces to ensure clarity and shine
- Use commercial cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners effectively and safely
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment used in professional cleaning environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts
