We’re bringing the heat, the flavour, and the island vibes - and we’re looking for an experienced Kitchen Crew Member to help us fire up our kitchen at our Liverpool One store!

Your Role:
As a Kitchen Crew Member, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - cooking up our famous jerk chicken, crispy fried chicken, hearty curries, and vibrant sides like mac & cheese, slaw, and salads. You’ll keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced kitchen while ensuring every dish that leaves the pass is full of flavour and island soul.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grill, fry, and prep a variety of Jamaican dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Cook and serve jerk chicken, fried chicken, curries, rice dishes, and sides.
- Maintain excellent food quality, taste, and presentation during busy service.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, collaborating closely with your team.
- Help maintain stock levels, prep lists, and a clean working environment.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (QSR or restaurant experience preferred).
- Confident working on the grill and fry station.
- Passion for bold flavours and great food - Caribbean experience is a bonus!
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliability, consistency, and pride in your craft.
Pay: £10.00-£12.30 per year
