We are looking for passionate and customer focused Front of House Staff to join our team across our Bangor, Pwllheli and Porthmadog locations.

Role Responsibilities
Welcoming and seating guests in a warm and professional manner.
Taking orders and helping guests with menu choices and recommendations.
Delivering high quality service from arrival to departure.
Serving food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent table standards.
Keeping the dining area clean, organised and presentable.
Handling payments and using the POS system confidently.
Assisting with bookings, enquiries and daily front of house operations.
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Representing Nomi Restaurants with professionalism, care and attention to detail.
What We Are Looking For
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential.
A friendly personality and good communication skills.
Confidence working in a busy restaurant environment.
A genuine interest in food, service and guest experience.
A proactive attitude with good attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods.
