What you'll be doing
In this varied role, you'll provide person-centred support to a small group of up to seven individuals within their home environment. Duties include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
- Household tasks and maintaining a comfortable living environment
- Administering or supporting with medication
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
This is primarily a lone-working position, so confidence, initiative, and a responsible approach are important.

Pay rates:
- Days (after probation): £13.10 per hour
- Nights: £152.64 per 12-hour shift (from commencement of employment)
