We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and maintained to a high standard.
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond positively to client needs.
