We are searching for a strong, energetic, and passionate Bar Manager to help our Community pub grow and thrive
We’re looking for someone who understands hospitality, knows how to run a busy bar, and can create the kind of atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
What we need from you:
✔ Previous bar management experience and valid personal licence is essential
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and plan events to help the pub thrive
✔ Good knowledge of stock control, customer service, and daily operations
✔ Positive attitude and professional appearance
✔ Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to lead by example
