Finishing Manager – Watford, Hertfordshire.
Protech Site Services Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Finishing Manager to work on a large residential development in Watford, Hertfordshire.
We are looking for a highly motivated Site Manager with previous experience working for a national or regional housebuilder. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently.

- Brilliant communication skills
- Health and Safety focused with the ability to promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid SMSTS Certificate
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- Previous Finishing Manager experience on residential developments
- Minimum two years' experience working with a national or regional housebuilder
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Pay & Benefits:
- £250.00 per day
