Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, ensuring smooth operations within our facility. Machinery includes CNC & Manual Lathes, Deep Hole Borers & CNC Millers
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance procedures on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership
- Utilise logic controllers to diagnose and rectify faults
- Demonstrate proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical knowledge
- Uphold high standards of customer service when interacting with internal teams
- Perform welding tasks to repair equipment as needed
Requirements:
- Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
- Possess strong mechanical knowledge, problem-solving skills & 18th Edition
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is essential
- Ability to lead a team effectively and supervise maintenance operations
- Skilful in using logic controllers for diagnosing issues
- Capable of reading and understanding technical schematics accurately
- Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems maintenance
