The Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, manage their workload effectively, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- General carpentry and joinery works
- Basic plumbing repairs and installations
- Tiling, patch plastering, and decorating
- Kitchen and bathroom fitting works
- Flooring repairs and installations
- Property maintenance and refurbishment tasks
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Communicating professionally with clients, tenants, and colleagues
RequirementsEssential:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader, Maintenance Operative, or similar role
- Strong skills across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable:
- Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, etc.)
- Experience working in occupied residential properties
- CSCS Card
- Health & Safety awareness
Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
