An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeper to join Endsleigh Park. Originally Kingston-Upon-Hull’s only convent, Endsleigh Park has been converted into comfortable and modern living spaces, benefiting from a 48-bedroom hotel and a portfolio of onsite apartments for residential letting; all within four acres of grounds and managed by our dedicated team.
Job Summary
To maintain a clean, comfortable, and tidy environment for hotel guests, visitors, and employees. Our Housekeepers work closely with the Operations Manager to consistently deliver and provide high standards of cleanliness and service to all guests and residents.
Responsibilities to include:
Performing a variety of cleaning activities in guest bedrooms including changing beds, cleaning ensuite bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and emptying bins.
Completing apartment cleans and ensuring communal areas of the apartments are cleaned to a high standard.
Ensuring that the product, quality, appearance, and levels of cleanliness and standards of all bedrooms and communal areas are met throughout Endsleigh Park, including the cleaning of all public areas, toilets, main office, communal kitchen and apartment blocks.
Ensuring the compliance with policies and procedures. Following standard operating procedures. Being familiar with COSHH and adhering to risk assessments.
Liaising with residents and guests in the hotel professionally, answering all questions and queries in a friendly manner.

Typical working days Thursday and Saturday.
