Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Summer Temporary Sales Team Members to join our retail team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable sales experience, develop organisational and communication skills, and work in a vibrant, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent and personalised assistance
- Assist with merchandising displays to ensure products are attractively presented and well-stocked
- Promote products through upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities
- Maintain organised stock areas and ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and inviting
- Support the team in achieving daily sales targets through effective communication and organisational skills
- Manage time efficiently to balance customer service with stock replenishment and organisational duties
- Assist with general store operations as required, including handling transactions accurately using basic maths skillsExperience
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure smooth daily operations
- Ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a friendly demeanour
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions accurately

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
