The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the Rose & Ramble experience, crafting our signature drinks, keeping the café running smoothly, creating our popular açai bowls and delivering exceptional service with a smile. You’ll need to be able to work in a fast paced environment making matcha & coffee, bagels & bowls ensuring the space stays clean and welcoming.
Your Responsibilities
● Knowledge of how to make great coffee, latte art, & keeping your station clean and tidy
● As well as barista role, you will be trained in all areas so that you can prepare and serve our full menu, including: Açai bowls, Superfood smoothies, Fresh bagels, Overnight oats (prepped and served fresh)
● Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain quality and consistency
● Stay efficient and organised during peak hours
● Customer Service & Till Operation is a major part of this role you need to be great with people
● Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, making them feel part of the R&R
community
● Take orders, handle payments, and provide product recommendations
● Maintain an upbeat and positive atmosphere, even during busy periods
Prep & Cleaning
● Assist with daily prep, including portioning ingredients and stocking stations
● Keep the workspace, kitchen, and customer areas clean and tidy at all times
● Follow all health and safety regulations for food handling and hygiene
