Agency Express Chester is looking to recruit a Van Driver & Signboard Erector to support daily operations across the LL postcodes and surrounding areas.
Main Duties:
Starting each day from storage facilities located at Llandudno Junction your daily responsibilities will include:
· Erecting, maintaining, and servicing ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards for a range of estate agency clients.
· Completing an average daily schedule of 40–60 property visits (workloads fluctuate seasonally).
· Using ‘Signmaster3’ the Agency Express online board management system and mobile application to manage work load.
· Maintaining clean, tidy, and organised storage facilities and company vehicles.
Skills required:
· General DIY skills. Comfortable using hand tools, drills etc
· Comfortable with ladder work
· Personable, presentable, and happy to take calls where needed
· Organised, able to work by yourself and to use initiative when required
· Full clean driving license with 7 year's driving experience.
Working Hours: 7/8am - 4/5pm
Role: Full Time
Min hours per month/week: 40
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays.
Pay: £12.88 per hour
