IF Solutions Ltd, one of the UK's leading suppliers of promotional merchandise, is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Internal Sales Administration team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.
This is a temporary position, however there may be an opportunity for the successful candidate to remain with the business in a permanent full-time role at the end of the contract, subject to company growth, business requirements and individual performance.
About the Role
Working as part of our experienced sales team in Halesfield, Telford (TF7), you will:
- Liaise with clients and suppliers
- Prepare and send quotations
- Convert enquiries into orders
- Place orders with suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service and sales administration support
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous sales administration or B2B sales experience preferred
