Are you an experienced retail professional with strong skills in stock buying, visual merchandising, and pricing strategy? Looking to take ownership of a vibrant retail shop floor while being fully supported to gain recognized pharmacy qualifications?
We are seeking a Pharmacy Retail Lead to take charge of our front-of-house commercial operations, purchasing, and margin control, while providing secondary support to our busy dispensary team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Retail Management & Procurement: Manage end-to-end purchasing for non-dispensing stock, conduct price checks, monitor gross profit margins, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
- Supplier Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for wholesale representatives to negotiate promotional offers and secure optimal stock availability.
- Dispensary & Counter Support: Assist customers on the healthcare counter and support the pharmacist with stock unpacking, labeling, and routine dispensary tasks during peak trading hours.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in retail shop floor management, stock procurement, buying, and pricing strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence with inventory management systems.
- Desire to work Saturday shifts.
- Prior pharmacy or health & beauty retail experience is desirable, but commercial retail drive is our primary requirement!
