Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy creating tidy, welcoming environments. The position is paid and suitable for applicants with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude towards customer service. You must be willing to work as a member of the team and be prepared to work to 8.00pm each evening.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and restrooms.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with organising supplies and restocking cleaning materials as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients or visitors when required.
Skills
- Basic driving skills are advantageous
- Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with team members and clients.
- Strong customer service skills to interact politely and professionally with clients or visitors.
