About the Role
Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of an established client looking to grow its sales team in London. They're after ambitious, personable individuals to join as Entry Level Account Executives - a genuine first step into a sales career, with structured training provided from day one so no previous experience is required.
As an Entry Level Account Executive, you'll represent well-known brands and charities directly to members of the public in person, building relationships from the very first conversation. Rather than managing existing accounts from behind a screen, you'll be out generating new business through confident, in-person conversation - introducing people to the brand or cause, answering questions, and guiding interested individuals through sign-up.
It's a role that rewards initiative and personality just as much as it rewards results, with a clear structure in place to help you develop from your first day into a genuine sales professional.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging members of the public in person and starting confident, natural conversations.
- Presenting the brands and charities you represent clearly and persuasively, including their mission, values, and current campaigns.
- Sharing genuine stories about the people, communities, or causes each charity supports, helping the public understand the real-world impact of their donations.
- Building relationships and trust from the very first interaction.
- Handling questions and objections calmly and professionally, including questions about how a charity operates or where donations go.
- Guiding new customers or supporters through sign-up accurately, making sure they understand exactly what they're signing up to.
- Working towards personal and team sales targets.
- Taking part in structured training covering sales technique, communication, charity and campaign knowledge, and account management fundamentals.
- Working closely with a supportive, target-driven London team.

What You'll Receive
- Full training and structured onboarding, with ongoing coaching from experienced team members.
- Total earnings ranging between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
