We are hiring a Marketing Project Management Manager to plan and deliver cross-functional marketing projects from concept through execution and evaluation, translating product capabilities and business objectives into clear customer-facing campaigns, content and materials.

As Transreport continues to grow across markets, our marketing activity must support product launches, customer engagement and commercial priorities with consistent messaging, strong project deliveryand measurable impact across channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage marketing projects from planning and execution through to delivery and evaluation.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design and Commercial teams.
- Translate product features and business objectives into clear customer-facing messages and materials.
- Manage website content, email campaigns, social media, events, product launches and case studies.
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to support product positioning.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate external agencies, suppliers and partners.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure marketing materials meet Transreport’s brand, accessibility and compliance standards.
Requirements
Must Haves
- Experience in marketing, project management or a related role.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong content development, presentation and product communication skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Nice to Haves:
- Technology, software or SaaS experience is preferred.
- Experience with project management, CRM, analytics or marketing automation tools is preferred
