Seckford Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Cook to join our friendly team at the popular Nineteen Bar & Restaurant. Our clubhouse serves a variety of freshly prepared breakfasts and lunches to members, visitors, and guests throughout the week. The restaurant operates daily, serving breakfast and lunch in a welcoming golf club environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a range of breakfast and lunch dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a small and supportive team.
- Support special events and functions when required.
About You
- Previous experience as a Cook, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar kitchen role.
- Passion for producing quality food and delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
- Flexible approach to working weekends and occasional club events.
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
