Know How Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all materials are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Weekly Rotation
06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
Responsibilities
- Loading/unloading items.
- Picking and packing orders.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stocking and storage procedures are followed.
- Perform picking and packing duties to prepare orders for shipping.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Apply mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance of warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in materials handling.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 40 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
- Experience in construction or mechanical roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
