Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. A valid driving licence and good communication skills are essential for effective coordination and transportation between sites. Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other decorative finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Protect surrounding areas by covering floors, furniture, and fixtures during painting activities.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress or any issues encountered.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
