Our brand-new care home, Chatham Waters, is looking for caring and professional Day and Night Care Assistants, Full time, Part Time and Bank individuals to join our team near the Historic Dockyard. We are seeking both full-time, part-time and bank care assistants to join us. We are a luxury, purpose-built home with modern facilities and equipment designed to support both residents and staff.

What we're looking for

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Previous care experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and development are provided.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description and Your Role at Chatham Waters:
Working under the direction of the Senior Carers, your responsibilities will include:
· Providing high-quality care and support to residents.
· Supporting residents with day-to-day living, including mealtimes, activities, outings, and companionship.
· Assisting with mobility and personal care.
· Supporting general hospitality and resident wellbeing.
· Completing electronic care notes and assisting with care plan updates.
· Acting as a key worker for allocated residents.
Hours and Pay
· 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off over a 6-week rolling rota.
· Full time shifts: 8 am to 8 pm or 8 pm to 8 am.
· Part-time shifts: 7.00 am to 2.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 10 pm
· Bank shifts
· Salary: £13.95 per hour (Days) £14.35 (Nights)
