Duties
- Participate in table service to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout shifts
- Deliver a high quality experience for customers
- Expert knowledge of products served, including knowledge of wine & cocktail menus
- Conduct regular checkbacks with customers
- Serve to the table confidently, taking orders accurately while delivering excellent customer service with a lively attitude
- Participate in staff development and training procedures where required.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service policies and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with strong team skills
- Background in table service experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of specialist drinks menu, and ability to upsell
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and responsible service regulations
