We are looking for an organised and professional Home Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our care home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will provide administrative, financial and reception support while ensuring accurate records and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment, payroll and staff administration.

Maintain resident and staff records.

Process invoices, petty cash and financial transactions.

Prepare reports, correspondence and meeting minutes.

Manage telephone calls, enquiries and reception duties.

Support the Home Manager with general administration.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience.

Good IT and Microsoft Office skills.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Professional, friendly and confidential approach.

Experience in a care or healthcare setting is desirable.
