About the Opportunity
Join our structured Business Development Manager training programme, designed to take you from a customer-facing background into a successful Field Sales professional.
Over 18 - 24 months, you’ll:

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work from your local regional distribution centre
Salary & Package
- £32,000 basic salary
- Progression to £35,000 - £38,000 within 24 months
- OTE £32,000 – £40,400+
- Uncapped bonus (earn £3,000+ depending on performance)
- Company car or £8,400 car allowance
