Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces through colour and design. This role requires proficiency in various painting techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision. A valid driving licence is essential for this position as it may involve travelling to different job sites.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure tools and materials are stored safely.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete projects efficiently.
Experience
- Proven experience in painting and decorating is preferred, showcasing a portfolio of completed work.
- Strong communication skills in English to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
- Ability to drive to various locations as required by job assignments.
- Experience with both interior and exterior painting projects is beneficial.

Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
