As a Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be delivering results — consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high-energy, engaging customer experience. You’ll confidently recommend products, upsell effectively, and turn every conversation into an opportunity to drive revenue and build customer loyalty.

Job Description:
- Deliver high-impact, face-to-face customer interactions that convert into sales
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPI’s
- Maximise every opportunity through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations
- Take ownership of driving store revenue and contributing to overall business growth
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently influence customer purchasing decisions
- Ensure stock levels are actively managed to support sales demand and minimise missed opportunities
- Work closely with and report directly to the Area Manager on performance and results
- Fully embrace vaping as a core part of the role — product belief and advocacy is essential
