Design and develop commercial trend led collections from concept to final artwork
Research seasonal trends, graphics, colour and customer insights to create inspiring print direction for the department
Produce mood boards, print concepts and accurate technical artwork packs for suppliers
Manage multiply projects to critical path, ensuring deadlines and launch dates are achieved
Present creative ideas confidently to Design , buying and senior stakeholders
Build strong relationships with suppliers and cross functional teams to ensure excellent execution
Drive innovation by continually identifying new print techniques, trends and opportunities
Support range reviews, sample approvals and artwork amendments throughout development
Mentor and inspire junior designers, sharing best practice and encouraging creative thinking
Champion quality, attention to detail and a customer first approach in every stage of the design process
Proven experience in fashion print design
A strong commercial eye and trend awareness
Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills, understanding of AI applications
Outstanding creativity, organisation and communication skills
Confidence in their ideas and influencing stakeholders
A collaborative mindset with a passion for creating market leading product
