We're looking for an experienced, driven, and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Residential Lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.
- Conducting property viewings and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Carrying out lettings valuations and converting opportunities into new landlord instructions.
- Negotiating tenancy agreements to achieve the best outcome for landlords and tenants.
- Building long-lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
- Assisting the Lettings Manager with marketing initiatives, social media, property launches, and local business development.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Working towards individual and branch targets while maintaining the highest professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record of success.
- Experience carrying out lettings valuations and winning new instructions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, organised, and target-driven approach.
- A positive attitude with the confidence to support and mentor others.
- Strong knowledge of the local lettings market and current legislation.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
