Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks.
- Printing and preparing drawings for surveyors.
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Word, Excel and preferably Sage.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
