Ensure accurate and up to date patient details are maintained on the Trust’s patient information system (SystmOne) in line with Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring referrals and waiting lists are entered accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining data protection standards.
To undertake general office duties, including, scanning, printing, photocopying, typing of emails and simple letters as requested by the team.
Making and receiving telephone calls both external and internal, according to Trust standards, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as appropriate, maintaining confidentiality in line with Trust Policy.
To undertake reception duties, acknowledging and helping patients, visitors and other staff attending the base.
To provide general administrative support to the outpatient function within the service, including booking appointments and cancellation of clinics, as requested by the senior administrator. You will be ordering goods or services, monitoring progress of orders, checking receipt of goods or services to ensure invoices can be reconcilled.
Taking appropriate action on any data quality issues.
