What You’ll Be Doing
- Industrial cleaning & steam/pressure jetting
- Petrol forecourt & canopy cleaning
- Grounds maintenance (ride-ons, zero turns, etc.)
- Gutter cleaning (SkyVac & MEWPs)
- Window, gulley & drainage cleaning
- Small external repairs & painting
- Commercial building cleans (warehouses, showrooms, councils)
- Completing reports & photos via company iPhone/iPad
- Daily vehicle & equipment checks
Working Pattern
- Nationwide travel
- Working away is essential (Sun–Thurs or Mon–Fri depending on project)
- Days and occasional nights as required

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Water jetting experience preferred (training provided)
- IPAF / PASMA / CSCS desirable (training available for the right candidate)
- City & Guilds QCF Level 2 Cleaning & Support Services
- NVQ2 Cleaning Windows , Glass & Façade Services
- SPA/PIA training required (can be arranged)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
