Duties
- Manage the full cycle of property lettings, including marketing available units across multiple channels to attract prospective tenants
- Conduct property viewings, answer tenant inquiries promptly, and provide detailed information about rental terms and conditions
- Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring clarity on terms, rent collection procedures, and tenancy obligations
- Maintain organised records of all rental transactions, lease documents, and tenant communications
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address property repairs or inspections as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates while maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues swiftly
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience in property management or real estate sales
- Excellent communication skills—fluent multilingual abilities are a plus—to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate lease terms confidently and professionally
- Knowledge of local rental laws, regulations, and best practices in property management
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Experience of Arthuronline letting Software (or similar) is desirable
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with excel is required
- A commitment to accuracy and detail is important
