Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality at every opportunity.
- Prepare, cook, present or serve food and drinks to Tik Taco's high standards, depending on your role.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
- Help prepare work areas before service and ensure they are clean, organised and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Follow company procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support colleagues across different areas of the business when required.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues positively.
- Assist with stock rotation, replenishment and general housekeeping duties.
- Contribute to creating a fun, welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and teammates.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
