Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Head to lead our organisation’s supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, driving process optimisation, and ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organisational goals, utilising tools such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimise procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Analyse supply chain data using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools to identify trends and areas for process enhancement.
- Drive process improvement initiatives employing methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials whilst maintaining quality standards.
- Manage risk assessment procedures within the supply chain to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Oversee compliance with organisational policies and industry regulations related to logistics and procurement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior supply chain management role or similar leadership position.
- Extensive knowledge of ERP systems including SAP (SAP ERP), Oracle EBS, and other relevant platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Kaizen.
- Demonstrated ability in logistics management and supply chain optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity for root cause analysis and problem-solving within complex operational environments.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to lead teams effectively whilst managing multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Logistics are highly desirable.

Pay: £7,083.00-£9,166.00 per month
