Location: London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Product Development Manager
At Craster, we create innovative products that help premium hospitality brands deliver exceptional customer experiences. Quality, performance and attention to detail are fundamental to everything we do, and we're looking for a Product Quality Engineer to help us maintain and strengthen those standards across our product range.
This is a hands-on technical role focused primarily on product quality, testing, compliance and supplier quality assurance.
You will own product quality, testing, technical files, product compliance, batch quality control and the investigation and resolution of product issues across our range. Working within the Product Development team, you'll collaborate closely with Product Developers, Designers, Sourcing and overseas manufacturing partners to ensure products move confidently into production and perform reliably in use.
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about product quality, enjoys solving manufacturing and technical problems, and can demonstrate a track record of improvements they have personally driven.
Alongside the core quality remit, you will also have ownership of selected lower-complexity development projects, such as product improvements, packaging enhancements, supplier transfers and engineering changes. This is not intended to replace the role of a Product Development Engineer or lead our most complex new product development programmes.
