We are seeking a Stock Controller to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate counting of stock and data inputting, whilst ordering fulfilment within the budget constraints. This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Duties
- Raw material stock count
- Packaging fulfilment in store, racking and mezzanine
- Weekly packaging stock count
- Update all Packaging spreadsheets
- Weekly PPE stock count, ordering and fulfilment
- First aid stock, ordering and fulfilment
- Utensils stock count and ordering
- Boxes / glue stock count / ordering
- Vending machine fulfilment and ordering
- Inspections - Racking & Mezzanine
- Discuss and agree prices with suppliers (supported by Packaging Manager)
- Support Dispatch or Intake when required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on materials handling.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and familiarity with various types of lifting equipment.
- Basic maths skills for inventory management and record keeping.
- Good communication skills and computer literate
This role is flexible in terms of shift times, however the current shift pattern that works well for the business is 4am - 11am. We are also open to shifts surrounding 1pm - 10pm, as Stock count is more efficient when completed around peak production times.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
