Salary (Actual Salary): £22915 - £23979
Working Pattern: 36.25 Hours Per Week, Term Time only plus 5 days
The hours will be Monday to Friday 7.00am until 2.45pm
Are you a proactive and engaging individual with excellent classroom management skills, ready to step in and ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences? Do you excel at motivating students and maintaining a constructive working environment across various subjects? The overall purpose of this post is to supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers and implement work programmes under the guidance of teaching staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the daily cover rota for absent staff and contacting teaching supply agencies to arrange supply staff. In periods where cover is not required you will support in the classroom as directed.
The post would ideally suit an individual considering a teaching career, but applications are welcome from any candidate with integrity, imagination and energy for this rewarding role.
You must possess good communication and listening skills and ensure that respect and confidentiality is maintained at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and driven individual, who must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students.
