Duties
- Assist the venue manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance and support to optimise performance.
- Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor attendance to maintain operational continuity.
- Support sales initiatives through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including stock control, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with EHO, health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Foster a welcoming environment by maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication with customers and staff.
- Assist in training new employees, promoting organisational skills, and developing leadership within the team.
- Chef or Barista experience and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Proven management or supervisory experience within Hospitality or related sectors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience in team management and motivating staff.
- Knowledge of food, coffee, sales management, and administrative procedures.
- Experience in Hospitality management is preferred.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Previous experience in customer service roles demonstrating professionalism
- Food safety and Allergen training is preferred
