The Role
We are looking for a fully skilled CNC Turner who is confident setting, programming and operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controls. You will be manufacturing high-precision components to exacting standards for customers within the aviation and aerospace sectors.
Working within a modern machining environment, you'll be trusted to work on your own initiative while maintaining the exceptional levels of quality our customers expect.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a skilled CNC Turner.
- The ability to set, programme and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A strong understanding of precision engineering and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Twin spindle CNC lathes.
- Y-axis machining and driven tooling.
- Haas and Doosan machining centres.
- CAD/CAM programming.
