About the Role
As a Support worker, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Your duties may include:
Personal care and support
Medication assistance
Meal preparation
Companionship and social support
Light household tasks
Supporting individuals to access their community and attend appointments
Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Share our values of respect, dignity, and person-centred support
Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training is provided.
You must hold a full UK driving license to apply for this role and be willing to complete a PVG membership and register with the SSSC
